We only provide replacement for faulty products defined as “products with manufacturing defects rendering it unusable”:
Affected online shopper must make replacement claim within fourteen (14) working days of the purchased date.

Should a product qualify for replacement, the affected online shopper is kindly requested to have the defective product repacked as best possible and return your purchase to the following address:
